Privacy Policy

Who we are

Revamint is operated and sold by Suswo Technology Pvt. Ltd.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed) or the Google/Facebook account you sign in with.
  • Ad content you audit: images you upload and the ad copy and links you enter, plus the audit results.
  • Approximate location: when you sign up and log in, we look up the country, region and city of your IP address using a MaxMind GeoLite2 database stored on our server. We use this for security and to understand where customers are; we do not track precise location.
  • Google or Facebook sign-in: if you choose it, we receive your name, email address, profile photo link and an account ID from that provider. We don't post anything or read your contacts.
  • Waitlist email: if you join the beta waitlist, we record your email address (and the IP address of the request) in our server logs so we can invite you.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser details and logs needed to run and secure the service. Sign-up and login forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots.

Cookies

  • Essential: a session cookie and an XSRF (security) cookie keep you signed in and protect forms; Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies to check that a visitor is not a bot. These are needed for the service to work.
  • Google Analytics: on our public pages and sign-up pages only, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find Revamint. Advertising features are off, and Google Analytics is not used inside the app, apart from recording one "sign-up" event on your first visit to the dashboard after creating an account. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are set only after you choose Accept; elsewhere they are on by default. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. We remember your choice for 12 months in a cookie named rvm_consent.

How we use it

  • To run audits: ad images and copy are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to classify them. They are not used by us to train models.
  • To operate your account, send service emails, prevent abuse and measure usage against your plan.

Retention

Uploaded images are kept for a limited retention period and then deleted; audit results stay in your history until you delete your account or team. Your sign-up and last-login IP address and approximate location are kept with your account, included in any data export, and deleted when your account is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. To unlink a Facebook or Google login or delete your account, follow our Data Deletion Instructions.
