Data Deletion Instructions
This is a draft for the private beta and has not been reviewed by counsel. It will be replaced before public launch.
Remove a Facebook or Google login
If you signed in to Revamint with Facebook or Google, you can disconnect that login yourself:
- Log in to Revamint.
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Under connected accounts, click Unlink next to Facebook or Google. If that login is the only way you sign in, set a password on the same page first.
Unlinking deletes the account ID, name, email and profile photo link we stored from that provider. You can also remove Revamint from your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.
Disconnect Meta ad accounts
If you connected your Meta ad accounts to Revamint, you can disconnect them at any time:
- Log in to Revamint.
- Go to Accounts.
- Click Disconnect next to the Meta connection.
Disconnecting deletes the Meta access token we stored, stops monitoring of those ad accounts and cancels scans that have not finished. Revamint can no longer read your ads after that.
You can also remove Revamint in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations. Meta then tells us to delete your data, and we delete your Meta connection, its ad accounts, scan history and live-ad results.
Meta gives you a confirmation code for that request; you can check its status at the link Meta shows you.
Delete your Revamint account and data
Log in and go to Settings → Profile → Delete account. Your account is locked at once, any subscription is canceled and Meta is disconnected. We permanently delete your account, uploaded ad images, audit history, connected logins and sign-in location data 30 days later; until then you can ask us to restore it.
Can't log in? Email team@revamint.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request and delete your data within 30 days.
